Can't begin how to describe this particular skirt! As can be seen in the picture, the front part is a little shorter than the back part, giving the waterfall effect. The darker tone is velvet. Has a drawstring so you can adjust the fit. Wearing this skirt, you can pair with a pair of gorgeous heels that you want to show off! Very swishy as you walk. We believe you will be the talk of the town if you wear this. Pair with a sparkly fit top/spaghetti straps and it becomes a long dress! Believe us!
