Per Una Collezione Italian 2 This Per Una skirt has a Moulin Rouge feel! The outer part is made of soft netting fabric with cream lace and has lining. On the hip sides, the fabric is ruched. The skirt is bell-shaped or mermaid-like. Very swishy when you walk. Very exquisite!
